Our Estimation Process explained

Before delving into the design process, it's essential to determine what is feasible on your block.

Keeping up with the ever-changing Planning and Development Act and the Utilities Act, we take the hassle away by offering a free planning assessment meeting, either on Zoom or in our office.

Our customised Planning Assessment Report is of great value to our clients, and the best part is, you don't have to pay for it.

During the Planning Assessment meeting, we will discuss the project's scope, features, benefits, essential drivers, and ways to create value for you. We will showcase real-life projects that we have built in Canberra to help you identify the best solution and value for your needs.

If you decide to proceed to the next step, the design process, we will work together to develop a custom design or modify an existing one.

Competitive builders and building businesses find it difficult to stick to a guaranteed fixed price and quality building agreement if they are not also accountable for the design, from the very beginning.  Our builder Nick Constable has active input in the building designs, collaborating with our client designs manager to ensure that this modified or custom design can be built in the most effective and efficient manner.
