We have a large variety of high quality, existing designs from our previous client projects at Canberra Granny Flat Builders. You can search through our site for projects similar to your desired secondary residence, to help you understand the floor plan, dimensions and look of our granny flat designs. This can help you figure out what you want to build and create. You may want to choose one of our pre-existing designs or select features you like and customise your own design with our design team.
You can search through our site by selecting your preference in the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the size of the design in square meters and your specific needs based on type of design such as home office, special needs for the elderly or disabled, gym, studio space and other factors.
